american culture

Can there ever be a true American culture? My thoughts about that question is no there can not be a true American culture because in America there are so many immigrants illegal and not illegal and all of are cultures melt together. There are so many thoughts about what the American culture really is so it would be hard to establish a real American culture. I don’t know what the real American culture would even be because there has been so many and are so many I do think that Americans should always try and do the right thing instead of getting ahead. Most people in the united states don’t care how many people they have to step in to get to the top they just want to be the head of the company and make the most money. The people that are at the top of the “food chain” don’t care about the people below them they just want to stay on top and they don’t care how many peoples lives they destroy by not doing what is right. Another reason that there cant be a true American culture is the fact that we have all of the minority’s doing all of the hard work that Americans are to lazy to do. We don’t make our own clothes we get them from poor country’s, we don’t make any thing that we buy all of our things we have are make in other country’s. that is why we can not have a true American culture.

ship wreck

I have reviewed all of the people that I have the chance to save and the people that I decided to keep was the people that could help me and would be use full at the time. the people I saved were Nate Yardbarker because I had to keep him. Julie White because she was a nurse, Brain Andersong because he is fit and could help row the boat. I also picked Donte cookie because he knows a lot about ships. I picked Brutus because he is very strong and could row are boat for a long time, major drew because he knows about the sea. I saved Dylan longsing, garrett mcshashon, and Alex Rattrapper, because they had skills that would have help all of us at the time.
I tossed a whole lot of people off the boat that had no skills that would help me at that time, I threw off the rich people and the hurt people. I gave iryna dausiaku, micky scopes, and carrie underwood life vests for the hope that they could find a different boat.
In America we don't care about the skills people have all the things kids in the U.S care about money, other contrys would care about the young people and the skills people have.

I think that we are natural dependent on each other, but also its is about the way that you are raised and how you view every thing, if you where raised up believing that on one cares about you or for you or that the world owes you something you might be some one that is an individual person. If you had been raised believing that just because some did one bad thing doesn't make them a bad person, or if you where raised up with your parents teaching you that you should help people when ever you can,

future kids

I think that kids in the future will be very lazy because many things are becoming automated. That means that people will not have to do much work at all because there will be a machine that dose all of the work. Some examples would be that people would not have to drive very much anymore because we are making cars that can drive themselves.
If I moved to A different place like the city I know that I would have to change my whole way of living because I am used to wide open spaces and not crowded spaces where people are everywhere. The same goes for kids that live in the city they are used to living where everyone can see every thing that you do and then if they came and lived out in the country or a small time they would think everything is very different.
 I also think that the problems that most teenagers have are not really that important because they are small things but we are so focused on what is happening now that we don't stop to look ahead. There are some problems that happen that are things that teenagers worry about because they are big things like jobs and collage and things like that but there are lots of little things that really shouldn't be a big problem that are made into big problems.
  

freaks and geeks

I had recently watch the pilot episode of freaks and geeks. I thought the episode that the episode was a good one there were a lot of examples of the theory's that we learned about. I think that the that the dad has most of the power in the episode. He has all of the power because the kids listen to him and this is most like the conflict theory that was developed by Karl Marx.
When I was watching freaks and geeks I also saw that there was some examples of Emile Durkheim's theory the functional theory. There was A few groups in the episode of freaks and geeks there was the "cool" kids who were the kids that were good at sports and were mean to the nerdy kids. There was the nerdy kids that did well in school and were not very good at sports. and then there was the drop outs that didn't do their school work and that were failing in almost all of there classes.
The important symbols in the episode is that there are many kinds of groups of people. Some of the groups of people can blend and talk to each other and then there are some groups that cant blend and cant work together at all. I think that every body should be them selves but they should also have a variety of friends.
